Toothless can’t Mate Because hes the last Night Fury And never Learnt the ritual.
It was never meantion that toothless was the runt of the litter . It was more likely because he wasn’t around other Furies. And the light fury was probably scare of humans because the hunters trapped her and missed treated her in the third movie

Reply to: SoulFury - I mean, all the other dragons on that ship were also wild and had been abused by hunters but they trusted the riders anyway. I am honestly not sure why she didn't. Not to mention that if all the other dragons were trusting the riders who themselves were working alongside dragons, I don't know why she would willingly allow herself to stay captured.
I don't Toothless being a runt of his litter mentioned ANYWHERE in the movies/series. Neither about the Light Fury being traumatized at birth.

The books are different from the Movies. The Light Fury isn't even in it.
Oh well
