Hi, my name is August! I'm a 22 year old witch and have been practicing for 9 years. I'm mainly looking to make friends here ^_^

:cyclone: How would you label your practice?

My craft is eclectic and I don't tend to use outside resources or work with deities. I just do whatever calls to me and listen to what my spirit guides suggest.

I practice the darker side of magick which (for me) involves revenge hexes, binding evil spirits, and learning about demons. Overall I'd describe my practice as learning to defend against black magick with black magick--turning an assailant's knife against them. My practice also focuses on astronomy, ritualistic dance, weaponry, and snakes.

Channeling, particularly through dance

:cyclone: What is your favorite thing about your practice?

I enjoy the confidence it brings me. I'm an anxious person and honestly don't stand up for myself enough. Working on my craft has helped me become much more confident when interacting with others.

:cyclone: Why did you P&W? What do you hope to share/learn?

I ed because I really want to socialize with other witches but haven't had luck elsewhere. I think my practice might be intimidating to people... However, I consider myself a friendly and open-minded person. I'm excited to learn about peoples' practices! I love learning how other people interact with spirituality and I hope I can share some of my experiences with yall.

:cyclone: Anything else you'd like us to know about you or your practice?

I don't really hex humans and I don't use hexes lightly. I'm not the type to hex someone for simply disrespecting me. I only use them when someone has caused me genuine harm. My hexes are meant to attract malicious spirits and get harder to remove as you attempt to remove it, so I feel like it would be messed up for me to do that to someone over something petty yknow?
