One morning I woke up and started doing my daily things and every morning and so I was going to go find lottie cause she crawls around every night so it’s a game of hide and seek every morning. I found her lying next to a plant on the ground looking I’ll. I went and picked her up and realized she was ed.
I had no clue for could have happened as her care was fine and nothing toxic was exposed and such. It was very sad. My mom texted her co-worker the lady we got them from and she sent a picture of the setup and she was saying how everything looked perfect. She then said that sometimes baby’s will because they are so small and unstable. I’m going to guess there was just something installed and not right for her cause I have no other idea of what it could be.

No problem. Just geckos are hard to care for. It wasn't your fault. So don't blame it on yourself.

Oh, I'm so sorry! I know its extremely difficult to get over losses like this. I've had frogs and lizards and everything, and they have all ed due to unexpected reasons. I hope you can recover. I pray for Lottie :heart: 🧡 :yellow_heart: :green_heart: :blue_heart: :purple_heart: .

I’m so sorry. Reptiles are hard to keep up with and i would say get an adult next time so it’s a bit more easier to care for. Now, I have young snakes and i’m and first time snake owner so why won’t I take my own advice? Well, geckos like to jump and… it’s hard to explain but geckos are especially hard to keep up with when handling and since they are so small you can’t always see what they are gonna do or what they are doing. But again, i’m so sorry about Lottie :heart:
