I fully it that 2019 was not PSA's best year. I feel as though I am partially responsible for that. It was an extremely difficult year for myself and many others in the community. I want to apologize if I've let anyone down. Please know that is never my intention. I care for each and every one of you. :heartpulse:

However, I do not wish to dwell on negatives. This year I promise to do my absolute best to make this community what it once was, better actually.

Before I get into my goals for 2020, I would like to thank my INCREDIBLE moderation team for their hard work. I am also incredibly thankful for Coineanach  MacCoinnich ,and other that gave this community their all last year.

I couldn't do this without any of you.
