Self-Reflection Challenge

The time has come to introduce our collaboration with Global Environmental Warriors Amino.

We hope this challenge brings you happiness during these difficult times. We sure had a lot of fun planning this for you.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Spend at least 10 minutes in nature or by a natural element. We understand that some may not be able to travel far, or even outside of the house, due to what's going on; therefore, it is perfectly fine to go out on your porch, visit your own yard/garden, or stay inside. Watch as birds fly by your window, stare thoughtfully into the flame of a candle, ire a house plant, or even take a relaxing bubble bath. The interpretation of "nature" is entirely up to you.

2. During this 10-minute period, reflect on what makes you happy. Happiness means something different to everyone, so this is also up for your interpretation. Do you find that you're happy when you laugh, when you're doing what you love, when you get kisses from your dog, when you're down on your luck and someone lends a helping hand, etc. What is it that warms your heart? :yellow_heart:

3. Write a blog post telling us about your self-reflection experience. Share as much as you're comfortable sharing.

4. Ensure the hashtag #reflect is in your blog, then press "Submit".

PRIZES

1st Place: 1 title, your post featured and broadcasted, and 100 Amino coins.

2nd Place: 1 title, your post featured and broadcasted, and 50 Amino coins.

3rd Place: 1 title, your post featured, and 25 coins.

Any participant who posts their b both PSA and Global Environmental Warriors will win a special prize.
