It's difficult to understand my moods

Somedays I'll be happy then second later I'm sad. But why am I sad if I have a family who me. A place to stay and a home to call home.

Is it because i don't have many friends?

Am I just being complicate for others to understand me.

I'm just confuse of myself of my moods

Is this how it feels to be bipolar. I guess
