Adhd is a disorder that makes you lose all you focus and you often has lots of energy.
To explain better:
"I feel things stronger than you, I don't love with my heart but with my whole body. I am not happy I'm joyfull, I'm not sad, I am heartbroken, I am not angry, I am hateful, I am not listening, I'm interested."
This is the best way I personally have seen anyone explain ADHD.
