Hi everyone! Today I’m going to be talking about rabbit’s diets! :sparkles: :dizzy:
•Pellets•
Mature adult rabbits should be fed unlimited timothy, grass hay, and oat hay. Once again, you should reduce the pellet portion of the diet. A standard guideline is 1/4 cup of pellets per 6 lbs. of body weight per day.
•Veggies•
No more than two cups daily of fresh vegetables should be given to adult rabbits. Dwarf breeds and rabbits under five pounds should get just one cup of fresh veggies per day. A variety of two or three vegetables is ideal.
•Hay•
Hay and grass daily
Rabbits need at least one bundle of good quality hay that’s as big as they are every day! Good quality, fresh hay should be available at all times and, ideally, rabbits should have access to growing grass for grazing, or kiln-dried grass.
A few charts for explaining:

80%- hay!
15%- Veggie’s
5%-pellets
Pellets aren’t necessary in a rabbits diet, but rabbits love pellets, and for some people it’s a good way to find out if your rabbit is healthy

When it comes to veggies I’ve heard that 1 cup per every 2 pounds of body weight is sufficient :)
