Apple wood is safe for rabbits to chew on. They help their teeth. Wood like cedar and untreated pine aren’t. I’m not sure about any other.
The pink thing could be a choking hazard if they rip it up and ingest the fabric. other than that everything else looks good!
Is it the fleece that’s dangerous? Because I stuffed it with straw so it would be safe if he ripped it open.

Even thought u added straw it can still be a chocking hazard especially if they ingest the fabric. It can cause blockage. Only use sturdy string fabric for flooring to absorb liquids and stuff.
