Hey there, RLA!
This is something that I have decided to do myself, and the rest of the staff team aren't in on this.
How can we improve RLA?
I'm looking for on how to improve the community, apart from more , more contests, etc. Andilla and I have been leading for RLA for nearly a year (good job on the people who have been here long enough to when I wasn't on the staff team!), Mia for nearly 5 months, and World of Cuteness for around 3 months and I feel like it's about time that we take in some ! Some things we have been considering/are working on:
•RLA Forums (?)
•YouTube promotion (?)
•New guidelines
•YouTube channel (?)
•Police Committee
•RLA Weekly (and let me make it clear- many other people have had the same idea however it has been planned for a long time. I wanted to wait for us to be more active.)

I think there could be more features posts I'd possible I love seeing people posts
get more people to monitor conversations. guidelines broken often without consequences.
We can’t be in all chat rooms at all times, hence why we need to flag and report messages breaking the guidelines.
You’d be surprised how much gets moderated before anyone even see’s it all.
I would love to help with the YouTube channel in some way or form :purple_heart: I’m very interested in making YouTube videos or just contributing in some way! (Please let me know if I can help)

Woah! I like these ideas!
I feel like the police team could be there to make sure that no one makes inappropriate posts or comments. The police are not there to scare eveyone, but maybe they can be the team to delete any mean comments on a post.!!♡♡♡♡
A YouTube channel/posts would be amazing since not many people know this exists and they can learn so much about rabbits. Since I had to talk my friends about rabbit care since they didn't know much. So YouTube would be a good idea!♡♡♡
I feel like the guidelines are excellent for now, I dont see that they need any changes!!!♡♡♡
I may have a few ideas for committees and clubs. I will PM you about it. My only concern is that this turns into a (certain) Amino where committees and clubs fill the feature page and many people who are willing to share about their rabbit or their ideas will be masked by these commitees!!!♡♡♡
Edit: Some committee ideas. Photography, Newspaper, Bunny Care, DIY, and I've got a few more. If you want more ideas I can PM you if you want
(One of the reason I like this Amino is because many people can posts about their rabbits and concerns and ideas and their ideas can spread, but when I see the (other) Amino. Many people dont see others ideas since they are masked by committee news and notices) :((
