My rabbit, Ford isn’t eating very much. I fed him about three hours ago, and the food is still there. I know that often a loss of appetite is a symptom of a gut problem, especially gi stasis. Should I panic yet? He took a piece of banana from me and ate it, so I decided to rub the banana on his food, but he still didn’t eat it. He hasn’t defecated since I cleaned his litter box today, so I can’t check his feces to see if it looks abnormal. My mom refuses to take him to the vet, and I can’t take him myself because I can’t drive. I’ll beg her if I must, but I need to know if I should worry yet. He’s acting fine, but that doesn’t really mean anything because they’re so sneaky with their illnesses! Please help!
