My buns are outside and I have a frozen water bottle for them is there anything else I can give them to not overheat

You can spray their ears with cold water from a spray bottle and that cools them down.

No problem! Another thing you can do is get ceramic tiles or anything like that and put it in tbe fridge or freezer for about 20 minutes and lay it in their hutch. I also recommend to brush your rabbit because fur is an insulator so brushing them will cool them down somewhat if they still have their winter coat.
