My theory on why SpongeBob has 2 teeth exposed

So we all know SpongeBob SquarePants, but I think he has what is called mesiodens, where a supernumerary tooth is present in the middle between the two central incisors. And the only reason why I believe this because Freddie Mercury also had two teeth exposed do to mesiodens.
