What is a Welcomer and what do they do??

Welcomers welcome new by posting a welcome message to their wall. (WELCOME MESSAGES HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY ME, BANDGEEK, BEFORE YOU START) If you need help coming up with one, we can help! Must include guidelines.

PERKS: Welcomers group chat! A bio in the Meet the Staff page! Welcomer title!

NOTE: By becoming a Welcomer, you are becoming STAFF! If you do not take this seriously and become inactive, we can not let you keep your title and job. PLEASE only apply if you are willing to take on the workload!

Currently accepting: 3-4 Welcomers.

Requirements:

> Must be level 5+ to ensure you have a general knowledge of Amino and our community.

> Do not sign up if you’re going to slack off all the time. We do not want you stressing or overwhelmed over this. It doesn’t have to be your first priority, especially in the pandemic. We do require you to do your best to remain active and fulfill your duties, though.

> WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM, NOT SHORT TERM. Please don’t apply thinking “coronavirus, i have nothing better to do right now.” and quit in like a month.

> Must have a fairly clean record in our community.

> Be mature and professional when talking to on duty. might and will ask you questions! Don’t instigate fights.

> If accepted, you are staff. You represent the community now and that is big! Starting fights with other or staff will NOT be tolerated! This also means that you will be included in important staff decisions!

> Must be fairly active. If you aren’t now, welcoming will most likely change that! Haha.

> MUST have a knowledge of Amino, our community, and our guidelines!

*Why would you like to become a Welcomer?

*What can you bring to the table as a Welcomer, and a member of our staff team?

*What is your age? (can be a range, doesn’t have to be specific if you aren’t comfortable)

*Please assess the situation and let us know how you’d handle it: A new member has ed! You welcomed them and they thanked you, but they aren’t just new to our amino. They are new to amino in general and have no idea how anything works. How would you further assist them?
