Why is it a new thing where women in the work place treat each other like competition? I'm just trying to pay my damn bills here and you grown ass women wanna act like a bunch of highschool girls.
If you didn't see my last post, I'm a trans man who's too poor to start T or get chest reduction surgery, so I look like an attractive, young girl.
And these grown women who were older than me by generations start talking to me like I'm the new girl at some school full of bullies. I just don't know what's wrong with these women.
When my mother was working, women didn't treat each other like competition because they were grown adults with their own lives just trying to get by.
I literally tried to befriend one of my female coworkers and she just treated me like shit so I stopped trying to make friends with the women there.
Guys however, they just treated me like another person trying to get by. I still have one of their phone numbers and talk to them outside of work.
But yeah, apparently women in beginner jobs just want to bully each other like it's high school.

Truly. It will always be the older ones, too. What I have noticed is that they were the ones who were the popular girls. Now mistreating others just to get a taste of thier early glory days because that was where they peaked. As much as they try, that is all they are. Until they finally choose to grow and mature, they remain a bully. My mother-in-law is a golden example of this. She mistreats not only me, but her own kids. Especially her daughter... like we're beneath her, no respect. I've seen the pattern in the stories the mom tells about when she was younger. It's something we, the affected, can't change, they have to choose to change.
As you probably do, just ignore the childish remarks they act on. Usually when they can't get a reaction out of you, they choose another target
