Glass tank or storage bin?

So my male RES (Scooter) hasn't been doing well. He's stressed out and barely eats. I'll it, he hasn't been in the best care. I'm trying to fix that though by setting up a terrarium for him. I already have half of what's needed for a basic set up but I still need to get the tank.

I do have two choices of tanks-one less than the other- but I have heard that plastic bins do work. Should I still go for the glass tank or have him in the plastic bin?

They both work about the same to be honest the only difference being looks and that water changes for a plastic tub is way easier. There's also the fact that turtles can't see glass and will swim against it all the time. Honestly its up to you they both have pros and cons but im personally swapping over to plastic tubs now for turtles at least
