My corn snake is hiding under her bedding and I haven't really seen her for awhile. Does this mean she's going through or should I be worried?

She might be, but my snake (king snake kinda the same) likes to hide in his bedding a lot then come out during the night most of the time
I'm not sure if she does come out at night. Before I would catch her out an about when I woke up at 5:30 in the morning. I know she's currently hiding under her bedding close to her water bowl as I can see a part of her red and orange skin

That kinda sounds like she may be ready to shed, I could be wrong though. My snake does the exact same thing when he's ready to shed or just wants some extra moisture

She can't be, when I fed her two days ago every was crystal clear. Even the small patch of skin I saw is bright, but it could be a possibility. There was one time everything went dull in color then went back to being bright right before she shed. Who know at this point, I haven't even had her a year yet
