One time when I was feeding my cornsnake he tried to eat his tongs
Then he nearly got tangled in them
He got himself out quickly but it was pretty sad
Lmao Buddy gave me trouble during his last feed too!
First, he missed the rat and tried to eat one of his fake plants. Them, when he finally got the rat, he nearly fell out of his enclosure :sweat_smile:

Cant you just hold it by the body? Easier for the snake to grab for sure

You can still get plenty of movement by holding the rodent by its body though
Im not bashing i just dont get it
I feed both my BP and Corn that way and works just fine
