2. Why do you want to be a curator on this community?

I want to be help this community to grow, and help the , curators and the leader,I wanted to help them out to provide a better community, and to the take responsibility of a retired curator.

5. What do you think it means to be a Curator?

It's a responsibility to take actions of a certain problem, or to moderate hows' the community is doing, and to help this community to grow and keep it active

6. Why do you want to become a Curator?

I want to be help this community to grow, and help the , curators and the leader,I wanted to help them out to provide a better community, and to the take responsibility of a retired curator.

7.  What Leadership skills do you have that can contribute to the Community?

Maturity and willingness. I am also willing to do whatever is asked of me (unless it’s inappropriate/ unnecessary). If a leader/curator is offline, I can fill-in for the time being.

8. What do you think is the most important part about being a Curator?

Helping others. Building a better community step by step, and being a good role model to others

9. Why should I pick you for the role of a Curator?

I, myself, have seen with a problem with the community, I wanted to fix them, but I am not on the position to do so....

Therefore; I was afraid I might be called an outsider , but it takes courage... It's not really easy , but I am climbing right now to fix and help

10. What are some key components to problem solving or handling a hard Situation?

Some key components to solving hard situations or problems is knowing facts, having proof, and being able to decide what is wrong and what is right. I also feel if you have your information in order about the guidelines then you should be able to solve a lot of difficult situations.

11. Will you give updates, when you can't be online for a day or more?

Sure, I will, I haven't done it yet, but I will,  starting now :)

12. Do you think, obtaining the Curator title would make you feel superior to the rest of the Community?

No, I feel everyone is the same no matter the title and should not be used as a form of blackmail

13. Since the Amino is still in the process of being put together little-by-little, we would need to be in constant with each other. Will keep communication be a problem for you?

No, not at all, if possible I would like to have communication with everyone, every week I'll ask some of the about their about this community, so we could adjust

14. A Member is clearly angry over something/someone. He has been arguing and going at it with another Member, claiming that the other Member has been harrasing him. What do you do?

I would ask for screen shots or proof and

handle it from there. If the person is being harassed then I will inform the other curators and team about the situation and inform the harasser of what he has done. After that I will proceed to make sure he has had some form of disciplinary action on to the harasser.

15. If a friend of yours on the Amino is striked/banned/reported or gets into any kind of trouble in general by another Leader/Curator for something they were at fault for, how would you react? Would you interfere? If they told you they WEREN'T at fault, what would you do?

I will ask what happen, and I will investigate the truth, I'll ask the proofs, and if they really did something against the rule. I have no choice, rules are rules he/she will get striked

16. A Member is posting sexual images all over Chatrooms. The Leaders are currently not on, leaving just you to be active at the Moment with this scene going on. What would you do?

I would delete all of the images, and send a warning to the member responsible for this. If they continue to do it, repeatedly I would have to strike them, taking away their privileges to communicate with other for the time being. After their strike, if they still continue to send these images, I would strike them again
