to put it simply: a majority of our staff here on rpa do not currently have access to the mod menu.

it has been a couple weeks since this started happening, but many staff haven't been able to moderate at all due to this. this includes features and titles. amino is aware of this issue, and it seems to only be happening to IOS s ( i personally use android, and i've been fine )

this means, however, that reports are being handled slower than we would like, and it does take us longer to get around to updating the featured feed and title shops. unfortunately, this is something out of our control, but we are doing our best with what we have.

we are unsure when this will be fixed. during this time, we thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to work around this issue. it's greatly appreciated!

I'm a leader in another community and a few of our staff can't even get into their s nor access mod menu, to this day they still can't. It's terrible, and I hope it's fixed soon. :pray:

I am a and leader of my own community and I’ve had 0 access in about the same time. I emailed amino weeks ago and got nothing back. Defiantly a glitch that needs fixing. Though, I’m happy it’s not only me.
