Her eyes glowed of hazel blue as she looked to her daughter, valerie. She put both of her hands on valerie's shoulders and crouched down to be her level as they locked eye's. The woman shedded a few tears but appeared to be of blood orgin instead. The banging and crashing of doors being broken into could be heard as it echoed through the corridors, though this last one was at their door and the mother had one chance to repent and make things right.

"I should have been a better mother darling.. Perhaps this may be my karma for displeasing the gods and goddesses of my misfortune and my lack of caring for you. No, it is my karma. This is my punishment, but one I'm not backing away from. Go valerie, I'll hold them off, let me make this right, as your mother. Let me make this right, please." The mother spoke, in a heart broken tone of voice. Although valerie understood, she did what her mother told her to do. Go as far away as possible. "I'll go as far as I can, even to the one place we spoke of as myth. The place where enteral darkness lurks, the sun never graces the ground with it's rays. I'll go there mom, I'll go there!" Young valerie spoke in a afraid, scared tone but held herself together. She gathered some important things like a few blood vials, a notebook, a spellbook, her mother's ring in her backbag and a black cloak to merge with the shadows. Though a still silence entered the room after the massive doors fell. The mother equiped her sword and shield and yelled as the ghouls shirked and charged at her. Ableit young valerie's stealthiness and ability to run quick helped her escape impending doom though left her mother to the ghouls and demons. She ran as fast as she could to leave the castle and hid in a deep cave to avoid the sunlight to reach her objective.

So they were also taught to read runes, ancient texts. Valerie carries a sword and shield, one that has a few magical properties. Her shield is enchanted to have unbreaking but only in her possession. Which means the shield can not break unless it is out of her hands. The same goes for her sword but it is also enchanted to give it a better sharpness to it in combat, but the affects still apply to it as with the shield. Her armor has some magical properties, like some magical protection to a degree that protect the from a few arrows, or magic blasts to a point. Her magic and armor isn't top tier so don't expect much from it unless she gets an upgrade. Her real mother, her mother's ring is the only distant memory she has to her human life. It's much faded but due to the ring being in her possession, she can see parts of her human life.

Alrighty, let's get on with the personality, valerie is known to be a kind hearted person, ableit being a cold killer. Call it good vampire, bad vampire in a way.

✎ Though she is extremely loyal, so loyal she'll do anything for you, at your command and it'll be done, though if you betray her, you'll see a devil that one you have not seen before but, she will offer you a second out of her of kinded heart and out of her loyalty to you, but you only have one chance to regain what you've lost to her. Valeries esteemed and trusted sword, a one of a kind if you will. It's magical properties contain a few spells on it along with it being a very powerful sword. A sword made from rare ore, from mountains that could reach the heavens, forged from the rocks of space and from the hot earth. This sword has one of few magical properties, one of them being is no matter where valerie is at, the sword will always return to her as long as she proves to be worthy.

This picture here is valeries shortsword, which was made from the deepest parts of mountains of rare ore's. Though this one she uses for close quarter combat, this sword is also powered by magic. To make it stronger, more effective and very less likely to shatter, crack or break upon constant use.

This armor set was the old armor piece she was given at the academy she was forced to go to back then. The armor offered limited protection from magic and spells. But with enlisting to the royal knights at the Cruxfort Dynasty, her old armor was melted down, gotten rid of and was given new armor. Valeries trusty shield, forged by a mighty smith and a legendary witch. One of it's magical abilities is to expand to a certain size before stopping depending on the situation and amount of mana valerie has. Though legends and rumors speak that the mighty shield she wielded could never be broken.

✎ From ages one to three valerie was just a baby in those years as any child would be. Her mother and father were in the picture at the time, but soon after she was attempted to be kidnapped by vampire's. Her father went missing after he gave a harsh fight against the vampire's that invaded their home, though had to flee after more came into view, hoping to distract them so they couldbescape; her mother on the other hand hid valerie the best she could and attempted to fight and protect her, killing a few minions in the process but soon ended in her capture. Albeit shortly after thing's quieted down, valerie was found and brought to the academy after such efforts were exhausted to hide her from them. Valerie under went certain amount of training from age four up to age thirteen, the basic training ran runic readings, sacred texts, how to speak multiple languages, be able to guide and a leader in anything imaginable. They were always prepared to be sacrificed for their leader, the fallen one, to be used as a tool and vessel for the fallen one so she could once more reign supreme. They were taught manners heading towards the teen years, taught to respect their elders and of authority, anyone that outranked you, you had to obey and be obedient to their command. Though once she hit thirteen things began to change different for our young valerie.

✎ During valeries teen years was the time she wouldn't forget, or, what she was allowed to that is. Year thirteen up to sixteen was intense physical training, endurance to magics, pain tolerance. These were spent harshly, she went through hell as if she was training to be like some special forces unit. These vampire's at the academy had specific meals prepped for the teens, it was done to build muscle, a certain body type and a path towards vampirism to be apart of the daughters of eternal night. Though despite the harsh reality she lived in at the academy, valerie was able to make a few friends but rarely got to see them due to being in separate rooms at all times with only a teacher and solitude, majority of the time it was quiet to improve self awareness of her surroundings. They went through noise location training, to hear, smell and sense where an arrow would be shot from in the dark, hear and sense a punch from any direction.

✎ Valeries teenager years were soon to be over with as the few remaining years were just training in the magic arts, magic protection and self defense. Though once valerie hit eighteen years old on the full moon of august, on the twenty fifth day of night, she was turned into a vampire that was born to reck destruction upon the mortals. A hundred years into the academy, things haven't been so good for valerie. Killing people, being beaten, abused, tormented for killing two high elders and a couple knights. She underwent much obedient torment and discipline after said event's happened, this kept happening until she reached the age two hundred. Where the ghouls, demons were massing in the hundreds of thousands to over take the academy for fresh blood, to absorb powers and younglings to capture. Now, if the academy treated valerie a little better, a little more fair, she would've been more open to helping them when the forces of night invaded, but instead helped the ghouls and demons infiltrate the academy disguised as normal of the academy. Which was also known as the daughters of night sanctuaries. With the help of valerie and her magic capabilities, she was able to destroy and kill every single member, elders, teachers. Anyone that was against her, perished thanks to the ghouls and demons. It took not only a day to hear the silence of the daughters go limp, their tears quelled and hearts ate. Valerie stands at the entrance of the burning academy and disembarks for a new life, one that can surround herself with friendlies, she heads to the Cruxfort Dynasty, for a life of servitude, one that was better than here. So off she went, into the darkness that the new moon casted.

✎ Valerie being now three hundred and eighteen years old, finally reaching the the Cruxfort Dynasty and enlisted to become a royal knight. But before she could do that, new training was needed, new armor, clothing and uniform. Her old armor that was worn was mandatory to be melted down and gotten rid of. But the shield, and swords were kept. Though, at the royal knight academy, valerie spent years there understanding the rules, the positions to hold, the command book, basic 101, advanced basics. During the year's, she focused only on becoming a royal knight. There wasn't time for a boyfriend, to have any friends, it'll distract her from her work and plans. So she spent ten hard worked years at the royal knight academy, graduated top three of the class, and began to be a royal knight for Ophelia Marie Lysander. This isn't news to valerie though, yet she had a cause, a reason to give her life to persevere another, she was willing to do anything for the empress and thus, a new chapter begins for Valerie.
