ㅤㅤㅤHello everyone, I'm Baenre, or Alex!

ㅤㅤㅤwhichever you prefer, anyways I'm

ㅤㅤㅤnew in this community but I have a

ㅤㅤㅤion for working in communities

ㅤㅤㅤand if my application gets accepted

ㅤㅤㅤI hope that we can all get to know

ㅤㅤʚ Central Standard Time (CST) !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜2 : // Have you ever been a leader or curator

                         in another community?

ㅤㅤʚ Yes, I have worked as both leader and curator in

        many communities since I ed Amino in 2019 !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜3 : // Are you Active?

ㅤㅤʚ As I just ed yesterday I don't have much to

          show for activity but here is what I have right

          now, and I assure you that if my application gets

         accepted my activity will increase tremendously !!

                                    

      ㅤㅤ꩜4 : // Did you read our rules? What do you

                         think of them? Any suggestions?

ㅤㅤʚ They're simple and easy to follow, and for a

           young community I think thats perfectly fine.

           More rules will emerge as are necessary though

           I would've liked to have seen some aesthetic

           thrown in there perhaps. !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜5 : // How would you handle drama?

ㅤㅤʚ This answer depends on the kind of drama, if it's

           member drama I would find the root of it and

           settle whatever the issue was among the

           , hopefully no further action would be

           required. If it were staff drama, if it weren't

           already public knowledge I would make a leader

           aware of it and let them handle the issue. !!

ㅤ     ㅤ꩜6 : // Will you help in growing the community?

ㅤㅤʚ Yes, I can , recruit friends, help with

           member retention, and assist with community

           outreach and events, etc; !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜7 : // Why should we choose you?

ㅤㅤʚ I have a lot of experience, I'm unbiased and I

           bring a lot of skills and ability to the table. Also I

           have way too much time on my hands so I can

           be here very frequently. !!

    ㅤ꩜8 : // Will you help in Promotion and

                                Welcoming?

ㅤㅤʚ Yes !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜9 : // Do you know the staff's job?

ㅤㅤʚ In communities I've previously worked in the job

           of a curator is to seek feature worthy posts,

           maintain activity, monitor chat rooms, keep the

           community safe for everyone and assist leaders

           with tasks they may require help with. !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜10 : // What would you do if you saw

                            someone breaking the rules?

ㅤㅤʚ The member would be given a warning, if they

           continued, a strike, and if they still continued I

           would alert a leader to take higher action. !!

      ㅤㅤ꩜11 : // Do you have any editing skills, or skills

                               that are related to the community

                                                       topic?

ㅤㅤʚ Yes, I do. !!
