Steps;

1)

Use a chatbot builder to build the basic template of the AI software(Dialogflow in my case)!

2)

Work the dialogflow bot into a smart one(trial and error)

3)

Build an ML software to implement into the dialogflow chatbot(I will need some help with that)!
