The first task of SSG is to introduce myself. So, I will present you myself and I will explain you how Selena has guided me into becominto the person I’m.

ABOUT ME

I’m Camille and I’m 19 years old. I will be 20 years 12th june. I’m from Canada and I speak french and English.

My mom raised my brother and I alone. This woman and my culture learned me that I should help and take care all people who need to help, need to talk, whatever. Through this life lesson, I also learned when I was baby that we should be strong and should fight to survive the imperfections and injustices of life. Indeed, I learned them because when I was baby, I had the kidneys cancer. I almost died more one time. Also, the doctors discovered that my eyes weren’t normal. I have a visual impairment.

HOW SELENA HAS GUIDED ME

In 2012, a few months after to became a selenator, I lived a difficult period. I cried a lot and I was very scared about the drama happened. To console myself and to forget that drama, I listened Selena’s songs, I watched Selena videos on Youtube and I watched Wizards of Waverly Place. Since them,Selena gave me again my smile and my joy of living. I suddenly decided to follow her example and to be kind like her.

I a few minutes after to saw the SSG application post, I thought again to what Selena did for me and I decided to do the same things with the others selenators.
