Hello !
I have a problem with myself, it's that I don't love myself at all.
But I want to learn and appreciate myself, I'm just wondering how I can love myself, practice self love !
If anyone of you as advices, I'd be grateful ! ♡

Hi! What I do is I keep a journal which I call my 'sanity journal' because it helps me manage my sanity. /hj No, but fr it helps me take care of my emotional health. This journal consists of philosophical texts that I want to and live by that will help lift up your mood like "Someone once asked me if it's lonely being on my own little world. I asked if he felt powerless living in other's world." -Somebody, Taoism notes, Buddhism notes, etc.
You may also include routines to when you feel down or activities to do when you feel low.
You may also write and do there activities such as writing self love affirmations 12 times and memorizing them by heart (which I did), etc.
You may also do mental diets in where you stop thinking specific thoughts for a desired period of time such as 'I stop thinking about what others think about me for a week'. By 'I stop thinking' I meant like when you talk to yourself, you talk about other things besides that
Self love is a very broad perspective and sometimes varies from person to person, I’d start with asking yourself questions about self love! Examples like
“what do I consider self love?”
For me it’s being happy in my personal space & being able to look at myself in the mirror and tell myself/know I’m beautiful etc then make time to express those definitions (for me, I) make sure to have personal time alone to listen to music, dance & create and I take the time to vocally express how I feel about myself In the mirror, positive and negative but only negative if I can change it right then and there; say I don’t like my make up or hair, then I change it so I can express my positive review like constructive criticism!
Hope this helps a little :relaxed:
Loving youself takes time…even years! So it may be frustrating if you don’t notice any progress at first. It is important taking baby steps and appreciating small wins along the way :heartpulse: start with appreciating everything around you and being grateful of being yourself. I think it’s incredible that you managed to be born in this world and that there aren’t anyone like you. We tend to be the hardest judges on ourselves and the flaws you might see on yourself aren’t something others could see

That’s right! :heartpulse: I think if you look it this way, you are already loving yourself a little by noticing the lack of love towards yourself and wanting to be better at it. You took this step and it’s all for you. So you are in the right path my friend🥰 you got this
