New OC .

This is Neon Bandit. Unlike other Bandits he's a bit taller than the normal ones and also a normal OC I can explain well.

Show:Neon wasn't really in a Show. He was a beta design for the Showdown Bandit if he was in the show he would be a nice farmer dood. That's if he was in the cast.

Game:Neon can be seen in the darkness mostly watching the Bandit do his thing depending on what he thinks of you he may leave you out with bunch of enemies surrounding you.. So you can or can't trust him in anyway.

AU:He's a flirty man that flirts with woman some may like him and some well, hate him he's like a play-boy and that includes Penny and Undertaker that he flirts with. And like the Bandit he robs banks and jewelry. The jewelry part is for the women, and that's all I can think of for neon ;v
