Jared: “Momma . . ? I called Papa this morning . . . He was so happy . . .”

Ari: “Oh Jare, come here rosebud . . . You look pale, are you okay?”

Róisín: “Venus, please tell me that Peony's there with you . . .”

Venus: “We're surprising Papa with his favorite cookies at the hospital. Is everything okay? You sound like you're crying Rosie . . .”

Róisín: “You won't find him at work . . . Flavian's parents killed him . . . His body is home, in bed, because Momma refused to disobey the wishes in his will . . .”

Peony: “He's what . . ? But . . .”

Róisín: “I know . . . Just come over now please. Momma's really upset . . .”

Venus: “We'll be there soon . . .”

Jared: “I'm not sick Momma, just nauseous . . . I called Papa this morning to tell him that I'm pregnant, and he was going to do an ultrasound tomorrow . . .”

Ari: “You're pregnant?! I knew I recognized his smile from somewhere. Your Papa died happy, because you made him happy.”

Jared: “That's a nice way to think about it. I told him first because he's more familiar with the doctor side of things, but Nicolas and I are really excited.”

Ari: “You don't have to explain yourself Jare. I'm not a male, so your pregnancy is going to be different than my experience with Venus and Peony. You put the health of you and the baby first, by telling your Papa.”

Peony: “Rosie? It's so quiet in here . . . “

Venus: “Do you think it would be okay if I used empathize on Momma?”

Róisín: “Venus, as kind-hearted as you are, Momma's too sad . . . I don't want you dying of sadness just to help her. I don't want Jared to get stressed by more death either.”

Peony: “Is he okay?”

Róisín: “He's taking it really hard, like we all are. But, don't push him. Let him open up.”

Venus: “How considerate of you Madame President“

Róisín: “You were waiting for the perfect moment to call me that, weren't you?”

Jared: “Papa . . . I still can't believe it happened . . . I don't want to believe it. You were so excited for my first appointment tomorrow, to see your grandchild . . .”

Jared: “I don't know who else I can trust with a half alien pregnancy . . . It's so rare, and some doctors treat patients as test subjects . . .”

Jared: “I promise that we'll all tell your grandchildren stories about you. Prim won't forget you, and I'll make sure that the baby feels like they know you too.”

Jared: “If the baby's a boy, I'll name him after you Papa.”

Jared: “I miss you so much . . . Is breá liom tú”

Róisín: “I'm so sorry I didn't go to the hospital this morning Papa . . .”

Róisín: “If anyone was sick, it was safer for Prim to not be exposed, and Momma was scared that she had triggered me, so she didn't want my misophonia to be triggered more . . .”

Róisín: “I miss you so much Papa . . . I won't let Prim forget you . . .”

Róisín: “Today I found out that I'm officially the President. Your first baby girl is officially the President . . .”

Róisín: “I love you Papa . . . We'll make sure that Momma's okay . . .”
