STUDENT HOME (My first time building)

Hey!!! I'm very exited, because today

I'm going to show you my very first

building, I'm so bad at this so I usually

just pick a home made by someone

and then I change the furniture, but this

time I built a complete home for student

from 0, is not the best but I'm happy

with the final result.

OUTDOORS

This is the building, I wanted a place

whit a lot of nature, so I put a lot of

trees. The most important thing for

me were the windows I did all the wall

with them, except from the bathrooms

si the sims can have a bit of privacy.

The roof garden looks amazing to me

so try it some times. And that's everything

I guess, the structure is quite simple

because I don't know how to make

complex buildings yet.

BUILDING

It has three floors, in the first one: dinning

room, common kitchen and common

bathroom. Second one: female dorms,

female bathroom and a living room. And

in the last one: laundry, male dorms, male

bathroom and a living room.

KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM

In the first floor we have the dinning room

with tables and chairs for every one and

then you have tables outside too, so there

are enough for many people. Then the

common kitchen, with 2 hobs and 3

microwaves. And the last part of this floor

is a commo bathroom.

COMMON BATHROOM

This bathroom is pretty basic, just the

enough things for an emergency, the

showers will be in the bathrooms of

floors two and three.

LAUNDRY

In the floor three the is a laundry with

washing machines and stuff for your

clothes. I think this room is so cute.

LIVING ROOMS

I put a little living room outside each

dorm, with a couple of sofas and a

coffee table. I used the first one for

the girls dorm and the seconds one

for boys but you can change that.

SINGLE BATHROOMS

Girls bathroom and boys bathroom

one on each floor, this time they have

showers.

I think there are 18 Bedrooms, I derorated

This three, the rest you can put whatever

you want. Every room has a bed a night

table and a desk, the rest is just for decor.
