She believes the government tossed her out after 20 years of blood, sweat, and tears, and wants to see it all burn. Friend of the government by day, assassin by night. She ed to get papers for her mother to immigrate- and all they did was lie. Now she's become the liar.

After she enlisted, it forced some discipline on her- yet she stayed egotistical and arrogant. She's quiet and calculating, sizing up her enemy before striking: much like a snake. She's cold and cruel, being a "punisher" came easily with her rank. She doesn't care who she hurts, and will come up with twisted punishments on the spot; making sure her victim re their senses next time before crossing her.
