So since the new DLC character is bound to come out either tomorrow, two days, or really soon. And since I haven't made one in awhile, I felt like making a tier list...yay.
Yes this list is ordered, but "mediocre" was ordered more loosely than they other tiers, "Average" being a contender. So just leave your critique/nitpicks in the comments so I can read it over or your sh**ty opinions so I can say why they are wrong.
And for comments on who I think is getting in, I don't know. The hand signal that you've seen all around Amino may hint to something, which my friend Silver made a really good theory on.
But I'll just say who I think possibly is getting in based off the evidence shown to us: Dante, Travis Touchdown, or Crash.
No I don't think the sign means 3 for Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Since his pack has been focusing on 3rd party characters from unrepresented franchises, I think they'll focus on that for the first pack. However, a Three Houses rep does seem inevitable for pack 2 knowing the huge following and success.

I really don't see the point to these in this game. Just pick whoever the fuck you want and kick some ass.
Yeah, but it’s harder to do so if the character you play is utter a** and gets bodied by all the top tiers.

Mario top tier, Ganon bottom 5 or very close to it, Link solid high tier and PT top 5? What an amazing tier list.
I’d only really put Wario at busted (at least above Mario, Wolf and MM) and lower Terry and Cloud down to above average. Overall, really good. Like, really good.

I was about to move Wario to “Busted” but stepped out at the last moment because I felt like the characters there were enough for top tier. But yeah I can see moving him up.
