What is updog my baros, I'm bringing a flow that will not only help you in smash but also daily things that can help you in life and that is to eat sushi! Why? Cause sushi is good for the S O U L. Ok but in all seriousness, what are the limits of each person? Do everyone has the same common limit or are there limit breakers who reach even farther than one can go? Well To be honest it can all be possible to have a mental limitbreaker and I'll go into that in a bit but for now let me address about Characters and tier lists.

Now that I look at what a picked for this segment I should of chose brawl metaknight.....welp.
Now we all do respect for people who main whoever they want but, there are reasons for there being a tier list and it is to show who is better than who. To break the characters limits, thats dependable on who you are playing. Take for instance Ryu, a power house of a character but they have one tensy bit of a problem, they are FAT I mean slow......but still very fat of a character. So to play around this or with this is to play a defensive game and capitalize on punishments when you are fighting agianst a character who is light and can combo you off the stage A.K.A. sheik or pikachu. And then you train your butt off for playing defensively then you adapt that into your play then boom. You got yourself a Breaking limit character. Oh and learning to mix up BUT that requires the mind to be more open in situations and oh? What is this? A segment that will now talk about that?

The mind is the most important part of becoming more skilled and technical. To show how to clutch out a victory from a desperate man and to possibly think faster than your decisions. The best way of training your mind is by a little thing called meditation, now im all assuming that you all know how to take a medetive stance (and no music to focus more) and the normal rep of breath through your nose and out the mouth then the fun part begins. Think of what you want to want to improve on weither its trying to keep up pressure, play defensively or to think faster and focus on that. Start thinking of scenarios what will and can happen and the options you have, play that through your head over and over agian then play the game for at least 10-15 minuets and after collecting what you learned through your play, go back to medetation and focus on that agian. Keep doing it over and over agian until you know you got on lockdown. There are perks of doing mededation after sets to help clear up your mind and help calm yourself it'll also help you be more mellow to people and in general. So when you about to enter a tournament, meditate before and after sets to help keep composer and calmness easy right? This is all fine and dandy but I know what you guys want. You wanna know how to do the thumbnail huh? To go as they say "Ultra Instincts" Weeeeeeelllll I can tell you buuuut....daw why not?

Now ultra instincts or as its properly called mushin is in fact a REAL thing where your body reacts faster than your mind but to give this more justice *deep breath* Mushin is achieved when a person's mind is free from thoughts of anger, fear, or ego during combat or everyday life. There is an absence of doubtful thought and judgment, so the person is totally free to act and react towards an opponent without hesitation and without disturbance from such thoughts. At this point, a person relies not on what they think should be the next move but what is their trained natural reaction (or instinct) or what is felt intuitively. It is not a state of relaxed, near-sleepfulness pretty good right? HOWEVER. Because of this your mind is working at REALLY high speeds, just one outside thought or a trance of "I need to pee" ya done for. Beleave me your mind will just slow down and start scrambling, you'll have more panics and doubt on what you want to do and how to perform it so thats where I'll put the *CAUTION USE AT OWN RISK* at or even better yet, a picture to sum up what happens when you just think about wanting to pee or just thinking about just moving to the left a little.

Ya get the picture? Now then, how to obtain this state of mindness...ohhhhh boooy uh...Push ups, sit ups and plenty of juice? yea you guys wont accept that as an answer so Imma just say this stright up. It aint easy, were talking repetition after repetition day and night performing not well, but FLAWLESSLY and you are dude perfect with it, and lets not count hours of hours of meditation and hard work you have to put in. I mean yea it was hard. But I wanted that to the point I GOT to that point, then I got lazy and forgot what it felt like.....whoopsie but hey, cant blame me for getting all sleepy after a 2 mile jog and 5 sets of 10 push ups but there's one thing I beleave in and that is determination, keeping your chin up, and taking a shower while brushing your teeth. you can get better than you thought you can ever get! well maybe not to the point of ultra instincts but to the point that you'll make anyone have a run for there money. So keep training, keep meditating and Positive Mega or Pluse ultra now that i say it like that it sound weird to say.....Well, until we meet agian someday! This has been Quiet Frivolous and see yaaa
