It's a shame that we can't just have nice things and like or dislike them, there's always gonna be someone trying to make the side they disagree with as upset as possible.

Well, they can't really do anything but accept it cause Sakurai's word is always final once the character is revealed.
Tbh I’m still gonna keep playing smash, because I still love the game. I’m just not going to buy dlc that I don’t want. But if your tired of smash and aren’t impressed by anything they’ve added then it makes total sense to stop playing.
