I'd personally move Villager up to a :b: (I swear, I'm not trying to pull a meme here, it's just convenient)
I feel lucario is in a tier and Kirby and Lucas are definitely way too low XD
Also why is Ryu in b tier?

All of the characters you mentioned don't have enough results to move up imo
Mario and Rosalina should be S, Lucina in A, Greninja in B, Pac-Man in F, Yoshi and Capt. Falcon in C imo.
