I whipped this up in a few minutes, so it probably could be more accurate. Might make a feature length blog about this, who knows? Roast me all you like for now. I'm not the most experienced with some matchups.

I'd say Olimar is even. Cape is a relatively slow move so it's not like Mario can keep using it consistently. Olimar also out ranges Mario well with pivot grab which can mess Mario up. Mario has good good aerials which can mess Oli up, but it's definitely even
