Mii fighter tourtament (if approved)

So, ive been thinking, most people think mii fighters suck (like 99.99% of people. Im that .01% that does not) So as the title implies, I want to host a mii fighter tourtament. So the rules are that the battles are 1v1 with 3 stock no items final destination. Only newbies and half-newbies are allowed in this tourtament. No inapropriate messages. Battles are only on weekends. Only sixteen competitors. Thanks!
