Recently we have updated the Smash Amino Guidelines and would like your thoughts on the guidelines. (By recent I mean September 16th, 2018 for those reading this)

Not really, hate speech has no protections and doesn't fall under the umbrella of free speech.

2. Hate speech is speech.
3. Therefore, hate speech is free and unrestricted.
Hate speech doesn't have explicitly stated protections because it's covered under the umbrella of speech.

Regardless of whether hate speech is free speech or not, freedom of speech doesn't apply in privately operated environments such as this here application, so the whole argument was pretty pointless from the beginning
