Purple Guy Moveset: William always comes back!

Actual Convo with my brother:

Me: What if Purple Guy was in Smash?

Brother: Not gonna lie that'd be hype as shit. But what would his moveset even be?

Me: I don't know. I'm gonna make one.

Brother: Good Luck.

Fair warning that there's some theory talk here so there might be some wrong info here that I learned from Game Theory. Sorry for misinformation in advance.

Also there's some creepy imagery but you should expect that coming into a Fnaf post.

So with the dead " Man Behind the Slaughter " memes I wanted to give this joke one last huzzah before we bury it for good.

So now I'll do the mandatory who this guy is.

1.Who is William Afton?

Willam Afton, aka Purple Guy, aka the man behind the slaughter is the main antagonist of the Fnaf franchise. He's the cause of the missing children's incident, where 5 kids dissapeared in the Freddy Fazbear restaurants, and later stuffed in robot suits where their souls were trapped to possess the bots which is why they attack any security guards.

His main method of killing is putting on the Spring Bonnie suit and luring kids into the back room where they can easily be disposed of without anyone seeing, but when William is cornered by the souls of the kids he killed, he retreats to the spring locked Spring Bonnie suit where he's crushed alive, and left to rot and become Springtrap, and later Scraptrap.

It gets deeper than that but because I don't feel like writing for 2 days so I'll leave it at that.

Tl;dr guy kills kids, kids get revenge, guy rots

Ok now with lore out of the way we can get into Taunts, Alts, and other stuff like that

2.Misc

Up Taunt: He pulls out a Spring Bonnie mask, and puts it on for a short while before putting it back

Side Taunt: Purple Guy laughs at you, as a reference to how he taunted the kids before he got Springlocked

Down Taunt: He pulls out a phone and says " Hello? " as a reference to one sprite that made people think Purple Guy was the phone guy. This theory was wrong in the end though.

His default alt keeps him completely purple like his name suggests.

His second alt turns him yellow as a reference to Golden Freddy, and Chica, both victims of Purple Guy, Cassidy and Susie respectively. It could also be a reference to the spring bonnie suit.

His third alt is colored brown, an obvious reference to freddy fazbear, inhabited by Gabriel, one of the victims of Purple Guy.

His fourth alt could be red, a reference to foxy, another animatronic that's inhabited by one of Purple Guy's victims, Fritz to be exact. It's also the animatronic that Micheal Afton, William's son uses the mask of to scare his brother, the crying child.

His 5th alt is dark blue to represent Bonnie, an animatronic inhabited by you guessed it, another one of Purple Guy's victims, Jeremy. You could argue that Bonnie is more purple, but

1. I wanted a blue alt.

2. I needed to represent Bonnie somehow

3. In some depictions of Bonnie, like in Fnaf World, or the Withered form of Bonnie, it shows him as dark blue, so I'd say this is justified.

His sixth alt is a pink alt because everyone deserves a pink alt.

But if I had to give it a reference, make it a reference to Funtime Foxy, yes I'm biased because it's my favorite animatronic, fight me.

His final 2 alts are actual complete changes like Meta Ridley. They're both based on Glitchtrap, the version of William seen in FNAF VR: Help Wanted. Idk the exact lore details but I thought these would be cool references.

The first one is the actual glitchtrap

The second one is colored white and brown with red eyes which is the color of the character of most likely the main antagonist of Fnaf: Security Breach, the newest fnaf game coming out, Vanny aka the Reluctant Follower.

Victory Theme: You should've known

Victory Animation 1: Its a Ridley like victory animation where it doesn't actually show it, but it looks like he's stuffing a kid into an animatronic suit, and looks back at you like " You're next "

Victory Animation 2: He's already halfway into the Spring Bonnie suit before putting on the head. He then looks back at you holding a knife.

Victory Animation 3: Theres a fire spreading around the entire victory animation arena, where Afton pops up, now in his Scraptrap suit saying " I ALWAYS come back! "

Cool, now that we've gotten this stuff done let's start with his technical stuff

3. Attributes

Height: About the Same as Robin

Walk Speed: 1.575 (Same as Marth)

Run Speed: 2.046 (Same as Yoshi)

Air Speed: 1.176 (Same as G&W)

Fall Sleed: 1.65 (Same as Corrin)

Jump Height: 27.51 (Same as G&W)

Number of Jumps: 2

Crawl: No

Wall Jump/Wall Cling: No

Now let's get to the moves!

4. Ground Moves

For his jab, he does a slash forward with a knife, a slash back, and then a slash down to up, dealing a total of 7.2%

His Forward Tilt would be a multihit tazer zap. It does 9% mainly being used to keep opponents away as if they're getting " Unstable " which is exactly what it's used for in the FNAF 6 salvages. (Spoiler: You'll be seeing this tazer later)

His Up and Down tilts are basically the same, only William does a knife slash up for the up tilt, and a knife sweep low to the ground for his down tilt that has about a 10% chance to trip. These both do 11.3%

His Forward Smash is a standard stab forward doing a similarly standard 21.8%

Aftons Up Smash does an uppercut with the tazer in hand. The uppercut does an underwhelming 8% but is made up for by the multihitting tazer zap afterwards which does 13.9%

His Down Smash has some Peach like shenanigans where if you tilt it up and down you get a different weapon. This time, a dismantled animatronic arm.

If you hold up, you get the Marionette's long ass arm which does the least damage and knockback, only doing 14.6%, but having super long range.

Not holding anything gets you Freddy's arm only doing 18.2% nothing special.

Holding down gets you Foxy's arm, the one with the hook! The sweetspot at the hook part does a big 25.2% but the actual arm does 20%. But it also has somewhat short range.

5. Aerials

His Nair is like a Cloud's nair, circling his knife around him. Theres a lot less range because that's a huge fucking sword versus a small little kitchen knife but to compensate it has a bit more speed and damage, doing 11.3%

His fair is a standard Lucina fair, swiping the knife in front of him. Like Cloud, he compensates for range by adding speed and damage, doing 12.7%

His Bair is a swift stab backward that does 13.3%

His Dair is a Doctor Mario like

That does 11.3% with the small dick sourspot and 15.8% for the chad sweetspot.

To finish the aerials, his Up Air is kinda like Ness' where he swipes his tazer above his head slowly for a multihit combo starter, finisher, or juggling tool. It does 14.2%

6. Specials

Time for the goods.

Neutral B: Tazer

You've seen it a lot throughout this moveset so I'll give it a special use this time!

William pulls out his tazer and thrusts it forward. It has a bit of a stubby range but pays up for it being able to stun opponents and use a quick attack to follow up. It would do 11%

Up B: Ball Pit

Now I had to get a bit creative with this one since the Fnaf games aren't known for their platforming but I did this one minigame in Fnaf 6 that I thought was funny so I'm using it!

William would have a diving board with a ball pit where he's gonna land. There would be a small arrow moving around the ball pit. William would stand there either...

A. Until you pressed B again and jumped either on the stage where there would be a small crack sound which would leave William vulnerable for a little bit, or the ball pit which scatters some plastic uh spheres that would do a tiny bit of damage, only 4.2%

B: Or until 3 seconds and William just falls.

Ik ik its dumb and complicated but it would be fun okay?

Down B: Fan

I'm running out of ideas

William would put that iconic office fan down on the stage. It would stay there for about as long as Pac Man's Hydrant. It would act the same too, being able to fall if the Down B was used in the air and has a hitbox, doing 7.2%

It would then start blowing air in a small radius in front of it that like you'd expect has a windbox. It would stay there for 10 seconds before automatically despawning. Unlike Pac Man's Hydrant, it couldn't be defeated by enemies or William. Now naturally this would be Gust Bellows 2.0 but like I said the radius is very small. What did you expect from an office fan?

Side B: Slasher

William would throw a 8 bit color changing knife that has a 1/10 chance to do sHUGE DAMAGE. I'm talking 50% huge damage. Now naturally that's broken, but again, it's a 1/10 chance, and the knife is pretty small to begin with. The regular small pp damage knife does a measly 4% though.

7. Final Smash

Final Smash: Springtrapped

Now my friend PikaShmikaPaprika (Very Cool Guy) Suggested that this should be a suit stuff but suit stuff is lame so I came up with something very cool.

William would quickly put on his Springtrap costume and rush forward like K Rool's Final Smash or Incineroars. Anyway if he hits you, Springtrap drags you into the FNAF 3 building to burn with him as he laughs. It does 60% and kills if the opponent is at 100% or higher, like Zelda's Final Smash but without the bs range.

So now we can get to the final section in this stupid post.

8. How likely is he to get in?

Very Unlikely

While I don't think its impossible since FNAF is a popular franchise and basically all the FNAF games are on Switch, but that's kinda where the positives end for little ol Will. Not only did I have to hella stretch to make this moveset and Nintendo probably wouldn't be half as creative as I was, and William also gets outshined by animatronics like Freddy. Plus I wouldn't call William a " Video Game All Star. " So like I said, very unlikely, but not impossible.
