Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works or not. It genuinely took over half an hour to find one that didn't clash with the text.
Hey guys, I recently put out a guide. I know, disgusting. To counteract this utter sin, I thought I'd do a good old fashion shitpost. In the past I have done a post Smash characters as Youtubers. This time I thought I'd test myself.
So, with that being said. I present to you...
Smash stages as numbers.
If you don't understand what this means, don't worry. I have no idea either. Ideally I need features for the #Doyaru can win.
At least I'll get creativity points. Hopefully effort point too.
Battlefield: 100

This was the easiest stage for me to convert to a number. I know you're probably wondering how I'm going to draw comparisons between a stage in a video game and a random number - let alone do it multiple times and make it a long post. Well I've already waffled for one paragraph so I believe I can do it.
Let's get a bit technical. You came on Smash Amino but now we're going to talk maths. Sorry about that. Hopefully you know that percentages are out of 100%. 0% is nothing and 100% is the complete amount.
Notice how 100% is complete. I feel like Battlefield is a complete stage. It's fun casually while being competitively viable. The layout is perfect because it's simple while at the same time complex (for a competitive stage). Well, complex compared to Final Destination anyway. Not only that, but it's one of the most well known competitive stages and even has it's own form. Every stage has a battlefield form. Kind of like how every number can be represented by 100%. For example, 100% of 24.37984 is 24.37984.
I'm not ok mentally.
One thing I quickly mentioned is that Battlefield is a popular stage. Do you know about the number 100? Yes. Do you see it a lot? Yes. Does it have it's own emoji? :100: You get the point. It's a popular number. If numbers had clout this one would be absolutely certified.
100 isn't super complicated. Dividing and multiplying with it are both relatively easy - most of the time anyway. Battlefield is the same way. It's just a platform with 3 smaller platforms. It's basic but vital. Just like the number 100.
Final Destination: 1
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F71f7b5f408edb1dff99504b28ff0b9cbc47f3af8r1-1378-2048v2_hq.jpg)
Final Destination, wether we like to it it or not, is just a bit boring. Yeah the background is almost giving you a seizure, but it's literally a big line in the sky. Yeah it looks a bit different, but you can only walk forward or backwards. FD said:

At least Battlefield was like:
____

______________________
\____________________/
I really hope that works on your screen or this will make 0 sense.
Anyway I got a bit sidetracked. I'm sure you see where this is going. The number 1 is also just boring. I mean, look at it. It doesn't even look cool it's also practically a line. Stupid number.
That's not it. Let's dive more into how bad the number 1 is. It ruins everything. If you multiply something by, the number is always gonna be the same. What's the point of multiplying it then?
The worst part is, it's the same with dividing. 4761 ÷ 1 is still 4761. By the way 4761 is 69 x 69 lol, that's the funny number. Laugh. Now.
I forgot what I was gonna say. Oh yeah 1 also sucks and is boring because of reciprocals. A whole number as a fraction is just the number over 1. What's the point that's just dumb.
That's not it for my rant either. Powers are kinda cool. You can multiply a number by itself a lot of times quickly. You know what isn't cool? 0 as a power. I know what you're thinking: but Bismuth Joshua JGames, that is the number zero! Not one! Well anything to the power of 0 is 1. Why? Make it 0 or something.
I could go on to mention reciprocals of whole numbers but I won't even go there.
So, why did I give so many examples? My point was to show how common the number 1 truly is. It probably would have more clout than 100 but I'm not gonna talk about if numbers had clout again.
We've established 1 is an extremely popular number. If you've ever heard of Smash you'll know about FD. That's what all the really cool people call Final Destination. It's the most recognisably stage and a staple in competitive play. I mean, it was the only stage form you could play in Smash 4 For Glory.
Number 1 has another meaning. It means something is the best. Although the most basic stage, you could for sure argue that Final Destination is the most iconic stage in all of Smash and therefore the best. Obviously the best stage is opinionated but FD is one of the most common for sure.
Haha get it? ONE of the most common.
Well that was longer than expected. THAT'S WHAT YOUR MUM SAI-
75m: 0.625
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F0afd46297000075a513d961c1a23aacd340e3079r1-834-900v2_hq.jpg)
Ok fun fact time: when I was searching for an image of this stage, I couldn't find one. Then I realised I typed 64m and the stage is called 75m. It's 12am right now so I'm tired leave me alone.
Woah, our first number that isn't a whole one. We went from 2 very common numbers to a decimal with 3 decimal places. Although this number may seem random, it definitely isn't. Some of you might recognise it.
I'll start by stating the obvious: it's a bit of a weird number. It's a lot more complicated than the previous ones. There's a lot happening too. This is a perfect synopsis of 75m. Tons of chaos and a lot happening.
Out of all the complex numbers, why 0.625? Well, 5/8 is actually 0.625. This is converting a fraction to a decimal but it's one you . Or at least I it. It pops up a decent amount.
YOU KNOW WHAT ELSE YOU ? That's right!!! 75m. I've somehow made a fraction relate to ing 75m by converting it into a decimal. You might love or hate this stage - whatever the case you can't deny its popularity. The size and everything happening is what makes this stage unique.
DID I JUST SAY UNIQUE? I would say that 0.625 is quite a unique number. 0.625
happens to be of one of the few common fractions you (should) . All numbers are unique but this one especially. It also has 4 units, so compared to the other numbers mentioned so far it sticks out.
It's just hitting me now how dumb this whole post is. Ah well, I'm too committed now.
Palutena's Temple: 808
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F357b804d6bedd81cb89a84b1ab8e59da6ee13f3cr1-1920-1080v2_hq.jpg)
Ok so I'm sure at this point you think I chose a random number. WRONG. 808 is an angel number. Palutena is a Goddess so I thought an angel number would fit well. Pit is from the same series and he's a literal angel who she helps out.
Turns out there are a lot of angle numbers and I had to find one that somewhat relates to a Smash Bros stage. To put it simply, it was easier said than done. I think I chose a decent one though.
So most of them were things like "change is coming" or "let go of your past". I know I'm good at making stretches but even I can't do this. Luckily I came across the sacred 808 number.
This number can have a plethora of different meanings. The ones that caught my attention were number 3 and 5. Number 3 states "the decisions you make now will profoundly shape your future." If you're playing Smash - especially on Palutena's table, your decisions are going to change the future of the match. The reason this applies to Palutena's Temple a lot is because it's one of the few stages big enough for you to run around a lot. You can also decide to go to certain risky areas where if you hit, they lose a stock. If you get hit though, sat goodbye to your stock.
Number 5 is "trust your instincts". This one mainly just applies to Smash. In the game sometimes you gotta trust your instincts. Have a feeling they're gonna roll? Charge that f smash. That could be terrible advice or great advice depending on if it works for you. I guess it could also apply to the stage. If you feel like going to the little death pit is a risk worth taking; do it.
808 is a thing in music and this stage has music.
2020: Pac Land
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F95c9dcc0506cbb4b6bf815d5866395a759d6cc37r1-512-287v2_hq.jpg)
Let me get this out of the way real quick. I hate moving stand. I can't stand 99% of them. Pac Land is one of the worst stages for me. If you like these types of stages, I don't trust you. At all.
Now unless you're reading this b 100 years, you probably know that the year 2020 isn't a good one to say the least. Even then this year will most likely go down in the history books. I'll be pleasantly surprised if we don't all drop dead by December.
Both the number and the stage are bad. Okay, what else? Well, 2020 has a lot happening. None of it is good but there's a lot of it. That's also how I view Pac Land. It's a scrolling stage so there's a lot that you get to see and none of it is good.
One more thing. Much likely every other human, I can't wait for 2020 to end. This year is doodoo booty cheeks and it needs to stop already. If I was playing on Pac Land you better believe I'm excited for whoever's victory screen to pop up.
Sorry Pac Land and 2020 stans, but they both suck.
Dream Land: 102
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F59a5140569a8f9bfe680c884cf877a5678a00bb5r1-1200-675v2_hq.jpg)
So we have already used the number 100, why 102 now? If you , 100 was battlefield. Battlefield shares a lot of similarities with Dream Land, so I felt like 102 made the most sense; since it is extremely close to 100.
For starters, both of the stages don't scroll, don't have lava, they don't really have any gimmicks that would make the not competitively viable. There is one that I'll get to in a second.
Next up, the stage layouts are pretty much identical. Other than the background and some little size difference, it's still just a platform with 3 smaller platforms floating in the air somehow.
Now for the difference that makes this 102 and not 100. Big tree man. On Dream Land, Whispy Woods himself will blow on the stage. This isn't a huge deal but it can still affect matches.
You may be wondering why I chose 102 instead of 101. Well we spoke about 1 difference they have but I didn't mention the second. Dream Land has a weird shape on the bottom of the stage which can fuck over certain recoveries. It's usually called getting pineappled or something along those lines.
Quick sidenote rant that isn't relevant at all but I want to mention. When I was a very young kid, my teacher kept insisting I try a little bit of pineapple. Eventually I gave in and was sick instantly. Fuck you, teacher.
Alright sorry we can move on now. I had to get that off my chest.
Great Cave Offensive: 3.1415926535 8979323846 2643383279 5028841971 6939937510 5820974944 5923078164 0628620899 8628034825 3421170679 8214808651 3282306647 0938446095 5058223172 5359408128 4811174502 8410270193 8521105559 6446229489 5493038196 4428810975 6659334461 2847564823 3786783165 2712019091 4564856692 3460348610 4543266482 1339360726 0249141273 7245870066 0631558817 4881520920 9628292540 9171536436 7892590360 0113305305 4882046652 1384146951 9415116094 3305727036 5759591953 0921861173 8193261179 3105118548 0744623799 6274956735 1885752724 8912279381 8301194912 9833673362 4406566430 8602139494 6395224737 1907021798 6094370277 0539217176 2931767523 8467481846 7669405132 0005681271 4526356082 7785771342 7577896091 7363717872 1468440901 2249534301 4654958537 1050792279 6892589235 4201995611 2129021960 8640344181 5981362977 4771309960 5187072113 4999999837 2978049951 0597317328 1609631859 5024459455 3469083026 4252230825 3344685035 2619311881 7101000313 7838752886 5875332083 8142061717 7669147303 5982534904 2875546873 1159562863 8823537875 9375195778 1857780532 1712268066 1300192787 6611195909 2164201989

Yeah I copy pasted the first 1000 digits of pi. Sorry for that. I'll just shorten it to 3.14 for the sake of this post. There was actually I reason I showed the first 1000 digits; and it wasn't to make the post look longer.
The first reason is to show how much is truly there. I mean its infinite but you get a good sample there. I feel like this is good for Great Cave Offensive. It's a very long stage and there is lots going on.
At some point, pi gets a bit repetitive. It's a bunch of numbers so it's bound to get a bit repetitive. If you've played on Great Cave Offensive, you'll know that it can be fun but it quickly does get repetitive.
It's time for me to get into deep mode again. Pi is used in maths to help find the area of a circle. Now you might be thinking to yourself "wow thank you Bismuth that is super neat but how does that relate to Great Cave Offensive?"
Well the stage itself may have a couple of circles on it, but there is a deeper connection. This is Kirby's stage. If you've seen Kirby, you'll know he's a circle. Don't tell me he is a sphere because there are certain games where he is 2D so he's basically a circle and if you draw fanart of Kirby you draw a circle so shut up, I'm right.
Just kidding nerd the surface area of a sphere involves pi, so even if you argue that he's a sphere the point is 100% valid. :sunglasses:
Bonus - Stage Builder: 69420
![Smash Bros stages as numbers-[bc]Yo so I tried a new background with super cool Inazuma Eleven man, let me know if it works o](https://image.staticox.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fpm1.aminoapps.programascracks.com%2F7620%2F5b1262838a3231b4031439f3f8ad4bb477609d20r1-1200-800v2_hq.jpg)
69 and 420 are both the super funny numbers to 12 year olds. If you've seen made stages at all, you'll know that no one who uses this is over the age of 12. Not a single person.
I can't even show most of the stages I want to. It's either very very poorly drawn stages or boobs. Lots and lots of boobs. I don't know why Sakurai had enough faith in the Smash Community to let us share stages.
69420 is the biggest number on this list, too. I did this for a reason because I'm super smart. I felt like stage builder has the most to offer because there are so many different stages, so the possibilities are bigger than all the other ones.
Stage builder does (rarely) have some hidden gems. I feel like 69 and 420 also have some good moments, but mainly bad. For example, my table number the first time I went to this nice restaurant was 69. That's pretty cool.
Now get ready for your mind to be blown. 420 is a number, but let's look at it differently. If you get rid of the 0, what does it become? That's right - it then becomes 42. Stay with me here this is very weird.
So why get rid of the 0? Well, the Smash community is used to getting rid of ZeRos.
Ok for real though, 0 means nothing. Literally. So why have it there? Now we just have 42 which actually has significance. 42 is actually the meaning of life. In some sick and twisted way, the weed number is the meaning of life.
I've really just sat here and spoke about the sex and weed number for longer than any man should. This better be worth it.
End

That'll do for this one. If I keep going this concept will get more repetitive than a recurring decimal. This is unironically one of the posts I've put the most time and effort into and it'll probably get 20 likes max. It's one of the longest I've made this event, too. What is wrong with me?
Gotta be on the grind for this event though, and I wanted to make a more fun post. Even though I had to talk about some yucky maths. If I got anything wrong I'm sure someone will let me know in the comments, then I'll fix it. With that being said, hope you enjoyed mate - I'll see you soon.
