Smash on Mobile Challenge Entry

I think the characters would be the first characters from the N64. Mario, Luigi, Link, Ness, DK, Samus, C. Falcon, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Fox, and Yoshi. With third parties PAC-Man, Mega Man, and Sonic. Since it is a smaller device, there would probably be limited space.

Controls

There would possibly be a little circle pad to move around, a D-pad for taunts, and two attack buttons, Normal and special. Shield would be a button of its own as well as grabbing.

Stages

To be fair there maybe only very few stages. Most likely the ones from the original SSB64, with a bit from Smash 4.

Events

Since this would be on mobile, the Event Matches would be only down to ten, plus one more for an All-Star Event Match. Classic mode would also have limited levels, but if they somehow manage, it could be as long as before.

Other Stuff

Things that can be unlocked like songs, trophies, and other mini games could potentially be there. Including some form of story mode.
