Palutena is Too Tier. She is very tricky, her moves are great, and you can't stop her Side Taunt. Palutena has a lot of different moves in Smash 4. Here's a list of 12 different moves in Smash 4
Neutral: Haveny Light, Explosion Flame, and Autoreticle
Side: Deflector, Angelic Missle, Super Speed
Up: Warp, Jump Glide, Rocket Jump
Down: Counter, Lightweight, Celestial Firework
But she uses Explosive Flame as Side Special (B) in Ultimate, and her Down Special (B) is her Counter and Deflector. Double moveset. K. Rool and JOKER have it too. She is so God Tier, because I heard that everyone hated Palutena (Most of them).
