D3 vs MM. D3 has a useless projectile, he can't get in at all, it's easy to combo and kill D3. D3 is also easy to hit with his projectiles.

Lol I love that everyone underrates ness greatly in the rosa matchup. Nearly every knowledgeable rosalina player you'll come across will tell you it isn't even rosalina's best matchup. In fact on dabuz's matchup chart rosalina does just as bad against cloud as ness does against rosalina.
