Edit: Even though I don’t exactly have to do this, I’m gonna add the #ArtsquadAPP. I’ve seen the most recent applications sent, though I wish there were more. Therefore, because I’m an impatient person who gets bored (no surprise—it’s only the first week of school for me), I might as well do this just for the fun of it. (Or, as the title states, for demonstration purposes.)

1. Name
Kaidou Ren Izumi. A mouthful of a code name with an interesting concept idea behind it. Just call me Kaidou, though.
2. Do you believe you can work well with others?
Yes. If someone needs suggestions on how to do a prompt, for example, I give it to them. Part of the reason for my new position is because I was able to suggest theme ideas for monthly prompts.
3. How active are you in amino?
Even though I’m currently on hiatus, I try my best to post prompts on time unless I otherwise notify Ryuji in pm ahead of time. I’m only online to post nowadays, not chat.
4. What do you do when a problem arises?
Before I make any further actions, I try to analyze the situation first. If the issue isn’t too major, I’d try to think of the most peaceful solution possible. Otherwise, I’d report to s.
If we’re talking about plagiarism and other questionable art posts (missing WIPs, original sources, etc.) then I’d report to the s.
「Ideally, if such a thing happens, those would be exiled from the squad immediately. If they don’t repeat the same actions for the next half year, I’d consider re-recruiting them, though the chances of being accepted once more are slightly lower than before. 」
Harsh, but keeping those would ruin the reputation of the art squad…and possibly this community in general. People have been reported for plagiarism recently, after all.
5. Show off your artworks
You can go look through my monthly Wikis. Also, note the “Verified Artist” title and the total number of posts (wikis included) created. Keep in mind that one must post about ten works to receive the title—AND you’d have to notify a leader about it.
6. Optional: Add input or ideas
Another idea I have has to do with inactive . If one fails to post on time for monthly prompts more than three times in a row, then they shall be exiled from the squad. Unlike the other idea I noted, this one isn’t as harsh. If someone asks, here is my response:
╔══════✮❁•°♛°•❁✮ ══════╗
『You had three months to catch up on the prompts. That’s about 90 days total. You had the weekends to do it. Your classes and work/internship/volunteer schedules are not 24/7. Art block is not a valid excuse—you could’ve ask anyone for help. Though mental health is just as important as physical health, if you’re especially refusing to seek help, then your mentality is not a valid excuse. Funerals and religion are not valid excuses. I go through the process of Lent and STILL post on time for the squad—and that lasts for MONTHS. Unless you can give me an extremely valid excuse that seems believable, I have no choice but to exile you from the squad. Farewell.』
╚══════✮❁•°❀°•❁✮══════╝
If those people wish to re, so long as they do what they’re supposed to be doing, then I’ll re-recruit them once more.
