Ngl I never thought of it but the teal designs around their lips make the guy look like he has a lip ring while the woman has lipstick, and the dude is wearing a cap. Those feel like distinctions but no one comes to mind tbh
I have had a theory that it could be
A: Both Makoto parents
B: The woman in Makoto mom and the man being Yukari dad (sense you now the people love seeing them together and the bond they have)
Or C: It's could be Ken's mom and dad
But besides that, I have no idea
I also thought it was Kens mom talking to someone before she died
