Sauna is best, wouldn't advise a bath unless your snake has mites as they may be able to drown or will be unnecessarily stressed. People will have you believe snakes can't drown or that baths are the cure-all, but don't believe that. Alternatively if the shed is quite loose a wet towel will usually do the trick.

Sometimes giving your snake a bath for about 15 minutes help loosen stuck shed. Make sure the water is about 80 degrees Fahrenheit (about 26-27 degrees Celsius)

Okay, so when and if I use a plastic Box I need to make holes so that my snake can breathe in there too. Right..?

But that might make the water cool down faster right…?

As long as the lid of the box has holes or is you put the lid on the very top to where it doesn’t snap you should be okay, and no it won’t since heat rises, but even if it would it won’t cool down that fast
