►What are good qualities about yourself?

▻ I am a very good editor and listener I can create aesthetics and designs for blog covers and prizes I am also super creative and can express ideas for events to the community and add on to other people’s ideas (like bouncing off of each other)

Any ideas/methods that you may have to bring to this team?

▻ Have editing like themes be one of the prizes people can achieve.

►Any ideas/methods that you may have to bring in more activity to this amino?

▻ Have some on going events maybe collab with other aminos who are also looking to grow their community !

►Any fears/issues that you may have if confronted with conflict when on this team?

▻ Nope! I think that we will all get a long there may be a few hiccups but I think it can be resolved ^^

▻ Yes! I do

▻ Maybe, I’m not a big role player so a lot of my tips may be basic ones

▻ Nope, If i’m given the task I’ll see to it that it gets done

▻ Yes, communication is an important thing and I am a good communicator ^^

►If you see another harass one of the on the Event Team, how would you react?

▻ I would tell the event team leader about it, and let them know what was happening and provide screenshots of what was said

►If a member of the Event Team grew ill and they were supposed to be in charge to monitor this week’s event, what will you do?

▻ I would if nobody else does ask if I could take the event and post it giving them credit for everything they did, or offer to help out with anything they would need.

►Any fears/issues that you may have if confronted with conflict when on this team?

Only that I don’t know much about Spider-Man.

►Do you believe that you have great leadership skills?

Most definitely I love leading a team and explaining processes. I like to be in control while also making sure everyone can understand what I’m enforcing.

►Do you believe you are a great communicator that can work with more than one person on a project?

Yes I like to explain things thoroughly so there’s not much miscommunication. Time zones can make communicating difficult but I can always work around that.

►Do you know how to make good announcements that can catch the public eye?

I feel like I can and my edits I try to make unique and eye catching. Also the way I type can be expressive and get others engaged. I try not to bore the readers but engage them.

►Do you happen to know how to make any edits/gifs/aesthetics, write/revise promts, or put together a template?

I do, I can do all of the above but I have less experience making gifs.

►Do you know how to write (medium-long/ semi-literate) prompts with decent grammar?

Yes, I tend to type a lot anyway so long prompts are no issue if I know what topic I’m talking about.

Yeah, I haven’t roleplayed much lately but I could express my ideas efficiently.

Not at all I’m confident in my abilities.

Of course, I’m always experimenting and I love communication especially over ideas I’m interested in. I am a curator here and plan to earn that title helping however I can.

I would try to calmly diffuse the situation so it doesn’t escalate. Depending on the situation, for example if there are slurs, I’d report the for harassment or give them a verbal warning.

►If a member of the Event Team grew ill and they were supposed to be in charge to monitor this week’s event, what will you do?

Id see if anyone could cover the week event or if necessary I would take over for as much time as I could, making sure the event host or a leader knew about the absence.
