An adolescent and young girl, around the age off 11 to 12, frantically hides behind a dumpster in an alleyway, trembling in fear for her life as Morlun strides towards her way with a frown of annoyance. The child would not stop whimpering once Morlun snarls and grabs the dumpster and lobs it aside casually. His peicering ruby red eyes would glare at her and the girl gets on her legs and bolts, but quickly trips and falls due to the fear in her body not allowing her to function properly.
Spidey's vision got all fuzzy and blurry as time progressed. His body and suit remained ablaze as small embers burned on the suit's material. But once Morlun began to walk for him, he prepared for the worst, yet, to his surprise, Morlun wasn't going for him. Even worse, he was going for the young child, who hid due to not being able to escape the battle in time.
"no, please...leave her be."
Spidey would weakly call out to Morlun, who would only give him a small glance and then a shrug as he advanced towards the girl. That did not just push Spidey into getting back into action, no. Rather, it fueled him and set him off.
Spider-Man's mind: What good am I if I can't save her?! What did she do to deserve this?! No, I can't let this happen. Get up Spider-Man! No more messing around! Kick his ass, and then you can die!"
And with that self motivation, Spidey steadily pushed himself up from the floor. Carefully, he staggers onto his feet and clenches his fists. With a burst of furry, one such that even the likes of Hulk had trouble contending with, Spidey sprints towards Morlun. Spidey moved so instantaneously that Morlun never noticed Spidey until he had received a round house to the chin. As Morlun stumbles back, Spidey flip kicks Morlun in the chin, sending him several yards up in the air. And taking advantage of that, Spidey webs the two buildings which assembled the alleyway and bounds backward, then launching into Morlun, kicking him down far enough for Spidey to catch a second to breath.
Once Spidey touches down on the floor, he turns to the girl in the alley. She had curled up with her legs, hugging them near her body. Gently, Spidey paces towards her and sits down next to her.
"Hey kid. The guy is scary huh?"
Spidey would say with a small smile as he looked at the girl. He kept his distance from her in order to not invade her domain and to have her remain calm.
"C-can you beat him?"
The girl would shyly ask as a very small rift was created by her head movement. Only one eye was visible to Spidey, as the girl kept her body close to herself.
"I'm pretty sure I can. And I know I will. Do you think I will?"
"I...I want you to. I believe you can do it..."
The girl would reply softly as she kept peeking at Spidey, but not yet fully looking at him. Spidey leans his head back on the wall as he breaths gradually.
"Tell me, what's your name?"
"St-Stephanie."
Spidey turns back to Stephanie and gives her a smile once again.
"That's a beautiful name. I promise you Stephanie, I'll beat him for you. So you don't have to fear him anymore."
Stephanie fully turns to Spidey, yet her head still rested on her knees. Her cheeks streamed with tears of fright. Spidey extends a hand out to her, and she, while hesitant at first, took his hand.
"It's okay Steph. I am here for you, always. And even if I'm gone, I'm always within the heart of you, and the city. So if you're ever scared, just know I'm there with you."
The girl's eyes would gleam in the alleyway, as she faced Spidey. His words stuck her deeply, she was rather on the shy side of the spectrum, but hearing those words made her cry tears. Tears of joy that is. She springs up and hugs Spider-Man around his chest, ignoring his bleeding, burnt and broken body. Spidey is at first taken aback, but swiftly goes and hugs Stephanie back.
Thank you Spider-Man...you're my hero. You always will be."
The sweet and tender moment would be short lived however, as Spidey's Spider-Sense detected Morlun was back up already, and making his advances towards them both. He looks back at Stephanie, who was already looking up at him.
"Go Steph, you got a lot more to give."
Stephanie would hesitate to let him go, but knowing she needed to for them to be safe, she let's go of him and stands up. Spidey would rise up as well, seeing Morlun at the other end of the street. They lock eyes for a split instant, but the tension would be broken by Morlun throwing a third car at him. Spidey promptly looks back at Stephanie and shouts at her
"Go!"
Spidey shoulder bashes the incoming car, ignoring the pain of it as it makes him take a slight haul back. Spidey doesn't much care however, now hellbend on taking Morlun down with him. As they charge at each other, Spidey feints in, baiting a punch from Morlun. Morlun falls for it and overexherts himself, falling right into a side kick to the stomach from Spidey.
Spidey then grabs him by the back of the trench coat and spins him around before throwing him onto an empty store. Morlun smashes inside and rolls on the floor, but before he can even get up from his knees, Spidey comes in with a flying kick, kicking him successfully in the jugular. Using the momentum of the flight and Morlun's temporary stun, he webs up Morlun's face and launches him to the other side of the store, near the window s to see the outside.
Morlun grumbles as he stands. His face was practically burning off as he acid and his open wounds reacted fiercely with one another. Taking advantage of this, Spidey webs Morlun's eyes several times. If Morlun were to remove the webs from his face, he'd risk having to tear away at his own flesh.
"You ruin everything you sorry excuse for a hero!"
Morlun screams in anger as he swings hooks wildly, trying to catch Spidey with one of them. Spidey witnesses this and gets down low in a Spider position. He began to hop and leap onto different places around Morlun, shooting more and more webs at him and attaching the webs to the floor and roof.
With Morlun temporarily disabled, Spidey takes out his web watch, which miraculously had survived the battle. He puts it on and webs it to Morlun's wrist and just as he activates the countdown to send Morrlun away, Morlun gives Spidey a hefty push kick, which sends him crashing through the other side of a wall and out to the outside again.
But Spider-Man won't back down, as he bounds inside once more towards the vampire. Just as Spidey goes for a punch, Morlun's fist slams into the top of his head. Downed, Spidey bolts up and tackles Morlun by the stomach. But Morlun seemed to be unmoved, as he knees Spidey in the face then grabs his arm. He yanked Spidey back on his arm and punched him in the face as mighty as Morlun could muster.
Spidey rushes through the air and obliterates a cash 's table, which would be where his flight would stop. The only difference this time was Spidey wouldn't get up. The fight was over.
Morlun races to Spidey for the killing blow, but just as he was about to dig his nails into Spidey's heart and chest, Morlun imploded into somewhere unknown. Spidey's only reaction was to lean his head back, expelling a sigh. The only thing he would mutter was
"I won, I did it"

The Superior Spider-Man of Earth 616 had already gotten news of the battle, and despite his differences with Peter Parker, it would be severely inhumane of him to let Parker die when he could do something about it. Swinging hastily, Superior makes it to the scene, seeing all the carnage in the wake of the battle. A crowd had already been created around the scene, and Superior lands on the street behind them.
"Mommy, is he dead?"
A young boy would impatiently ask his mother as he held onto her hand tightly. The child would look up at his mother with sorrowful eyes, and the mother took a second to reply.
"I...I don't know love..."
The mother would reply as she looked at the grim scene.
Superior rushed his way through the crowd, but some news reporters were stopping him along the way. The barraded him with questions such as "did you know him?" or "why are you here?". Superior couldn't take it however, and he grasps two of the nearby cameras, crushing them into bits.
"Silence, you fools!"
Superior shouts as he walks through them and inside the store where the battle had taken place. He walks along for a little bit, searching for a body. But he would stop upon seeing Peter's body, and his lenses would widen in shock.
"P-Parker?"
Superior mutters in a state of denial. Sadly, Superior would get no response from Spidey. Somberly, Superior bends down and grabs onto Spidey, holding him in a bridal manner. And with his last breaths, Spidey would murmur to Superior, his eyes still shut and his lips shivering.
"I won...he's beaten and gone...tell the others to go on, and that I loved each and every one of them. The Spider family shall live on..."
"Keep your sorrows, you will not die today, I will make sure of it!"
Superior replied with a whisper. But at that same moment, Spidey expels his last breath, and leans his head back, falling limp.
Parker, wake up! Peter!"
But to no avail, Spidey wouldn't awake anymore. Gloomily, Superior emerges out of the store, holding Spidey's body. A few people would try and gather around Superior, but he would instantly release his mechanical arms to keep them all at bay. Superior leaps away from the scene and heads to his lab, away from everyone else.

At home, Mayday peacefully layed back on her chair, as she had just completed one of her projects for her online college. She had the radio playing softly in the corner, but when May heard the news, her heart sank. Peter, the closest person she has, is gone. She couldn’t believe it. She fell onto her knees in tears.
“I’m sorry Peter...I failed you.”
She loved him like her own dad. The pain she felt was more than any fist to the face.

Walking out of a convenience store with two bodies of two criminals in the grasp of his humungous hands, Venom, The Lethal Protector smiles as he says:
"That will teach you not to hurt innocents, because we will find you."
The TV on the inside of the convenience store was playing on full blast. The news was on, and eventually they covered the topic of Spidey's death. Venom turns their head in shock. It can't be true, they both think to themselves. But it sure was, and there was footage to prove.
A tear would begin to form from the side of the symbiote's eye, and as soon as it would shed, Venom turns their head back around to face forward. With a maniacal grin slowly festering on Venom's face, they'd bring the two criminals in front of them.
"We are now, free"
Venom crunches both of the criminals head off before sprouting wings from his back, and then flying off into the night, their smile stone cold.

Spider-Man Noir and Kay Bryant were both in the CyberNoir Detective Agency, awaiting anything or anyone to come by. Noir sat back, with his legs crossed up on a table and looking out the window. Kay was on his phone, scrolling through social media for his time entertainment. But he stopped on one particular video frantically, it looked disturbing, but he felt he must check it out. There it was, news of Spider-Man's death.
Kay throws his phone across the table, his face blank as he slouched back silently. Noir would take notice of this and stand up, walking over to him
"What's the matter kid?"
"That, video. It's Peter, the other Peter...it shows him dead."
Noir hysterically reaches for the phone on the counter and looks at the video. Once seeing it, he steps back, mumbling.
"No, no no no..."
Noir looks at a relatively empty table, but still one that had a few things on top of it. He flips it over in rage, grunting profusely in anger and hate. He looks at the window and clenches his fists, the squeak of the leather gloves being heard clearly as he exclaimed out loud.
"I'll find whoever did this, and I'll bury him in a Chicago overcoat! A big house will not be enough! I'll put a gad to their head and see their eyes roll to the back of their skull!!"
Kay would turn to Noir and remain quiet, almost as if he was in a platonic state. He turned back around with a mute expression, doing nothing more than turning the phone off and flipping it around, sliding it away from him.

Spider-Ham swung around and about the city, cartoony as per usual for him. He'd descend down for a hot dog yet strangely however, the owner seemed to be down. Ham seemed to brush it off as he walked down the streets while eating the hot dog, but he noticed that everyone was so gloomy and full of sorrow.
"Excuse me sir! May I ask why you're so down? Would you like a pie to cheer yourself up?"
Ham would ask with a big and goofy smile with his hands by his hips. The man looked down at him unaltered, and replied back in a melancholy tone.
"Haven't you heard? Spider-Man is dead"
"Oh..."
Ham would look at the pavement down depressingly, sniffing.
"Thanks for the information, have a good day..."
Ham walks away while still looking down at the floor. He went for another bite of the hot dog, but couldn't bring himself to do it. He dropped the half eaten hot dog and kept walking on, tears flowing through his cheeks as thunder rumbles in the sky, and rain began to fall heavily.
