Today I'll be showing you an art tutorial on how I manage to copy the Splatoon artstyle! It's quite simple, and if you need any more specific help I recommend that you watch some videos on YouTube on the topic!

Without further ado, let's get started!

1. Sketch your drawing! Make simple shapes, in a red outline to plan your drawing! ( Also what I do I search for official Splatoon art and pick my colours from there! )

[C]Today I'll be showing you an art tutorial on

2. Erase the lines in between to get a clear idea of what you are drawing! (The image there is what I get my colour pallet from!

3. Use a special "triangle brush" to get the rough feeling that Splatoon Art usually has!

4. Make a layer underneath the sketch layer and colour in!

5. Remove the sketch layer and fill in any empty spaces! Also make sure to erase any areas where there shouldn't be colour

6. Add detail and remove the image you got your colour from! Also consider if you want shadows, lighting the exact "style" you want it in and tada! You're finished!

This is a good tutorial, but it’s not detailed enough. I don’t want to be mean, but because of that, it doesn’t really help much. Ink dragon likes it though, so it’s probably just me. Again, I don’t want to be mean, just share my opinion. I’m so sorry if I hurt your feelings in any way,
