That’s so cool! I like drawing in digital too. But I’m still practicing. Any tips you have for people who is practicing on digital in drawing horses and humans?
For beginners I highly suggest knowing your app you use for drawing digital at a confidential level! If you're not confident in horse and human anatomy digitally, I highly go search for references you feel fits best in the scenario you're picturing! You can either freehand reference or trace 2D/3D poses, as long as it's free to use, credited, or input reference when you post your amazing art. I tend to reference SSO horse gen 3 models to stick with that SSO vibe and my Semi-Realism style of work.
Lighting, shading, and rendering will really pop the human's and horse's structure based on where you put the light at. Place lighting areas where it hits and the same as shadows. If there's any secondary lighting, feel free to watch tutorials on that.
Also learn how to use multiply, add, color doge, they will come in handy. So take your time on watching a lot of YouTube tips and tricks for digital art!
