𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐊𝐈𝐍 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐘 (𝐒𝐖𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋)

FINALLY, finished the WIP I started one and a half week ago more or less. Life has me in a chokehold but hey! I finished it, and because I posted a WIP then I should also post the finished product.

This was a drawing I made a year ago and I decided to redo it once more for both Star Wars day and the 20th anniversary of ROTS coming out, so I thought that drawing it once more in my current style was in order.

For starters, because I already had the previous drawing, I simply matched it with my current art-style, researching for some photos to make them similar enough.

Then comes the lineart. I normally don’t spend too much time in here, it’s even the same brush I use for the sketch part but now is clean and can go through with the rendering of it.

The rendering part is not as easy to show, because my dumb aaa always does it all in one layer lol, but I basically divide each Anakin in sections and start drawing taking into the lighting of the scene they’re based off. From right to left, the first two are from ROTS, then Darth Vader from the Obi-Wan’s series and then the last two are from the Ashoka series, one in clone wars armour and the other one as a Force spirit.

I have to say, I’m not good with backgrounds so I simply draw underneath all the drawings something simple like… space, dividing each section with the dark and light side. Then I add the finished touches and that’s it!

And that’s it! It was fun to do this once again, I have to say it was tiring but eh, really liked how it turned out and even more so to see the differences between this one and the old one that is down bellow, from approximately one year ago.
