3 Squared Challenge

Do you consider yourself a horrible artist with no chance of improvement, no matter how hard you try? What about someone who actually thinks you're succeeding at this thing you love, and you could even stand a chance making a living off of it? Are you somewhere in between? Whatever your answer is, this is a challenge anyone can do!

But wait, I haven't even explained the challenge yet. Silly me, well, all you have to draw is ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING Steven Universe related within a 3 by 3 inch limit, which is about 7.7 by 7.7 cm.

But make sure to include #3squared in your post.

:large_blue_diamond: RULES :large_blue_diamond:

1. Traditional only.

Doing it digitally defeats the point of the limited space, even if you could only use a certain portion of the tablet it would be too complicated making additional rules. Anyone can draw traditionally anyway so it shouldn't be that big a deal.

2. Show evidence.

To be in the running for placing, make sure you either include progress shots, a signature/name closeup, and/or a workspace shot.

3. Rule it.

Just find a ruler and put it next to your entry, bonus points, but not really, for taking two pictures, one with the ruler at the top, one at the side.

4. No art theft.

Do I really have to explain this? Don't steal art. There are plenty of ways for us to track it back to the original source, you're not fooling anyone. Even if you abide by rule 2 we still double check.

5. New art?

It doesn't have to be something that you made specifically for this challenge, so if you have something you've made any time up to a week before this was posted that follows all the rules you can use it as an entry.

6. Three entries

If you do end up making three entries only 2 of them can place. If you do make 3 entries, which no one will, I applaud you.

7. No 18+ or sin.

Over two thirds of this amino is made up of people between 11 and 15 years of age.

Here's the statistics if you've somehow missed them. It's a community guideline, you should know this already.

8. Don't hate.

A bit of friendly criticism is welcome, that's not a problem, but it's not hard to tell the two apart.

9. Good luck and have fun!!

Test your abilities, how will you manage stepping out of your comfort zone? Give it a go, even if you think there's a million entries better than your own, it's all for fun in the end!
